Get a Venture Capital or Angel Investment
When I moved to Puerto Rico, my first priority was to determine the best way for me to contribute to the quickly growing startup ecosystem. After getting deeply involved with foundations, universities and accelerator programs, it became clear that the greatest contribution I could make is to increase access to startup capital.
To that end, I formed ATO Ventures and, what we are currently referring to as, Hopp.vc. The former is a Venture Capital fund, and the latter is… still evolving… but includes my angel investments and a new cash flow investment structure, yet to be announced.
